Diego brings to the firm over 28 years of work experience in Venezuela, working closely with most of the General Electric divisions that transact business in Venezuela. He has wide professional experience in corporate compliance and risk management, labor audits, mergers & acquisitions, international transactions, business strategies, public biddings & contracts, emerging markets social responsibility management and solutions and he holds a Finance Specialist degree from the IESA and a BS in Law from Universidad Santa María in Caracas, Venezuela.
